The event includes a continental breakfast, red, white, and blue bracelet craft, and guest speaker from Veterans Advocates. Right at Home Temecula is hosting this first-ever event to be held Wednesday, July 3, at 10 am in the Clubhouse Lounge. This year's event "Honoring All Who Served," is designed to be ever more powerful, honoring and memorable for ALL Colony veterans, surviving family members and non-military residents. An annual Veterans Day celebration in The Colony is long overdue. This year's event will mark five years since Colony residents have come together to honor and celebrate our veterans and their families who have sacrificed so much to preserve the freedoms we share. The NEW Name: Salute to Veterans 2024 resulted from the vital feedback received from our Colony veterans and non-military residents. Salute to Veterans 2024 is more than an outreach effort to ALL Colony residents. We are committed to listening to the emotional, physical and financial concerns of our community. Change is good. Honor is paramount. This year's event will feature a powerful ceremony, ROTC units, military protocol, veterans slide show, photo ops, pianist, appetizers, open bar, soloist, dinner by Culinary Creations, the Rockerettes, and dancing to the Persuasions Orchestra. ATTIRE: "Respectively Dressed" in honor of our veterans and uniformed personnel in attendance. It is our fervent hope that Salute to Veterans 2024 will once again spark the patriotic spirit that resides in all of us, inspiring our collective "reason" to host Salute to Veterans every Veterans Day for years to come.
