TOPS is celebrating 75 years helping members achieve a healthier lifestyle. TOPS mission is to support our members as they Take Off Pounds Sensibly. TOPS provides a caring, friendly environment for members. TOPS promotes successful weight management with "Real People, Real Weight Loss" philosophy that combines accountability and support from others at weekly chapter meetings, healthy eating, portion control, regular exercise, and wellness information. We invite you to visit our TOPS chapter. We meet at the South Clubhouse on Thursdays with weigh-ins from 9 to 9:50 am and meeting from 10 to 11 am. You may visit once free of charge. Membership is affordable at only $49 for new members plus $3 monthly chapter dues. With your membership you receive a My Day One (a quick start guide) and six TOPS magazines a year. You also have access to a medical library and our members-only website. We are a very friendly group! Congratulations to our TOPS and KOPS. Watch for our TOPS Golf Cart in the Sun Lakes Fourth of July Parade. On July 11, our TOPS chapter will be celebrating our 15-year Anniversary, helping Sun Lakers lose weight and be healthy. You are invited!
