In response to the mandate from Riverside Superior Court, the
City of Banning was scheduled to readdress the approval on June 11
in the Council Chambers.
At the time of this publication, we do not yet have the results. The
Pass Action Group attorney will be on site to plead our case. Key
personnel from our Board of Directors were also scheduled to speak
during public comments.
We are currently working with the Sun Lakes Recreation
Department regarding room availability to hold a town hall. We
will update the website and social media pages as soon as possible.
As a group, we would like to thank once again, each one of our
supporters throughout this cause.
