As I write this article, it is not
the first day of summer, but when
you read this, it will have begun,
so "Welcome to the beginning of
summer!"
May was a month filled with
community achievements,
including extensive seal coating
on the roads. I want to express
my gratitude to all residents
who showed patience and
understanding while my officers
maintained the back gate during
the front gate's closure. We made
every effort to ensure a smooth
check-in process. I also want to
acknowledge the HOA management for their effective communication
and our Maintenance Director, Garrett Gillette, for his role in making
the project a success. Your open communication was instrumental in
our preparedness!
With the beautiful weather, I would like to remind residents to
carry water with them when they are outside playing any sports.
Let's prevent heat strokes and dehydration while enjoying our
extraneous activities. Whether it's
playing pickleball, tennis, or golf,
please have that bottle close by.
This is also a friendly reminder
about garage doors being left open
(unattended) to be closed or at
least 18 inches off the floor. This
is for security reasons; I know
people can forget, it happens to the
best of us. Otherwise, enjoy the
community!
