On Sunday, July 21, the Amphitheater is bringing "Mardi Gras in
July" to Four Seasons. Our band for the evening is Alligator Beach, a
high energy, funky New Orleans party band. They are a seven-piece
band with a stylistic mash-up of The Meters, Tina Turner, and the
Tower of Power, playing popular songs that everyone knows with a
giant New Orleans, Alligator Beach twist.
Let's have a little bit of New Orleans soul down at the Amphitheater.
We are going to do a good, old-fashioned Bourbon Street parade
down to the Amphitheater on Sunday night.
Marching in to a chorus of Kazoos playing When the Saints Go
Marching In. Bring your parasols, masks, and funky hats and be
ready for "laissez les bon temps rouler" (let the good times roll).
Who knows? There might be some beads thrown out to get the
party started.
Stacy of the Kopper Kettle will be selling burgers, hot dogs, and
snacks. Please do not put down blankets as place holders. All glass
needs to be in a covered container, as you all know so well. Please
pick up after yourself when the show ends.
Get your "Krew" and get to the Amphitheater for some New
