Quilting Enthusiasts
May has come and gone, and those of you who sew as well as quilt
missed an amazing bag class, taught by our very own Jeri Sorenson.
The five ladies who came had a great time and the results were stunning
as shown at right. July finds the ladies getting ready for the Quilt Show
on Sept. 15. If you have a quilt that someone in your family made or a
family heirloom, we would love to have your quilt to display. The Quilt
Show forms will be available at the front desk if you want to pick up
one and submit it. Have a question about the show or showing your
quilts? Please contact Penny Key, at 4seasonsquilters@gmail.com, and
in the subject line write "Quilting Enthusiasts Quilt Show." We all are
working behind the scenes to give you all a fabulous show! Remember
to save the date: Sept. 15, 10 am to 2 pm, in The Lodge Ballroom. Invite
your family and friends. There will be several interactive displays, and
a few vendors.

Crafty Cardmakers
The Crafty Cardmakers meet on the second and fourth Fridays of
the month. We make three all-occasion cards and you only need to
bring your own glue and scissors. The cost is $10 to cover materials.
Your cards include envelopes and will be ready to mail.
We have a wonderful group of participants and would love to have
you at our next class. If you would like to be part of the group, call or
email me with your name, phone number, and email address and I
will add your name to our monthly email list.
If you plan to come to class, please RSVP by the Tuesday before
the class so I will have enough kits for everyone. For info, contact
