10 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | JULY 2024 | Name: ____________________________________________________________________________________ Address: ___________________________________________________________________________________ Phone: ____________________________________________________________________________________ FREE SUNDAY BRUNCH FOR TWO AT THE BISTRO Not valid on holidays or special events. Limit ONE ENTRY per residence per month An intelligent person said, "The nicest thing about the future is that it always starts tomorrow!" Did you know July 1 is exactly halfway through the 2024 year? 183 days will have passed with their individual future's completed. But guess what? We still have exactly 183 days to wake up to, and start with another future all over again. We all should use our futures wisely, smile more, complain less, find and give kindness, believe and respect yourself and others — any or all of these would be a great way to start. July Fourth celebrates our freedom, independence and democracy for each of us and our country. Amen, and may that always be our future. The Social Club has put together another great celebration for us at Four Seasons, they have those great volunteers cooking the expected hamburgers and hot dogs, (so the Bistro will be closed). You won't want to miss the patriotic show, music and the entertainment because all will be great, as always. We, the Bistro Committee, are excited and happy to have Jack Daly and Sandra Lubbers join the committee that tries to keep things running smoothly for our residents. Summer is a rather slack time for Bistro events and parties, so this will offer us plenty of time to get them acquainted with our duties before the bookings start up again in the fall. This month's winner of "Francisco's Free Sunday Brunch for Two" went to Lynn Messmer, pictured with Chef Francisco Aguirre, the ticket pulling was done by Patty Gaudreau at the June BOD meeting. To those of you that will be traveling this summer, I wish you safe travels and wonderful fun wherever you may roam, just return healthy and happy to be home again. That's me, Patt, double "T".
