Sun Lakes "Vino" Club
Both our May wine and food pairing, and
our July wine and cheese pairing events
SOLD OUT! Our next wine club event is Fri.,
Sept. 13 at 6 pm in the South Clubhouse. The
event will be an Italian wine and catered
dinner party. There will be six bottles of
Italian varietals of wine per table of eight people. Wear your best
red, white, and green or your fabulous Italian designer clothes and
come enjoy a fabulous dinner. We're still calculating the menu and
price so stay tuned for more information.
If you enjoy wine, socializing with others and learning a bit more
about wine at every event, then our club is for you. We search for
well rated wines at affordable everyday prices and do our best when
planning each of our events to make them most enjoyable, delicious
and fun!
Applications should be in the Main Clubhouse Lobby or phone
Steve Von Rajcs at (915) 217-7225. $10 annual dues, six events per
year. "Dove regna il vino non regna il silenzio." Translates to: "Where
wine reigns, silence does not reign."
Arlene's Breakfast Club is a group of wonderful Sun Lakes
ladies who enjoy a morning of fellowship and breakfast. We meet
at 9 am the second Thursday of the month in the Main Clubhouse
Restaurant. We have a variety of speakers on various topics and
support our local veterans with donations. We have a raffle of
cute gifts also! Our breakfast is a buffet for $17 including tax.
There are no dues; just pay for your meal. We must provide an
accurate count to the Restaurant so enough food is prepared. We
also require a 24-hour cancellation call to Patti to avoid you being
