We have two RV-sanctioned rallies every year, with an annual trip to Yuma in March. What's nice about most campgrounds we go to, you don't need an RV as they have cottages that can be rented. Our annual fees at $25 per couple, and $12.50 for a single person. If you're a single lady with an RV, join us. We have several ladies with their own RV who travel with us. Our annual trip to Yuma is a great trip. I know, you might be thinking, "Yuma? What the heck is in Yuma?" Well the campground we go to is Fortuna De Oro. It has a lot of amenities to enjoy and, believe it or not, there are a number of places of historical significance to see. A number of members go to Mexico for medicines that are much less expensive than here in the states. I can guarantee you wouldn't be bored. Don't forget our fall trip to Distant Drums, Camp Verde, Arizona. The dates are Sept. 29 through Oct. 4. Just a few of the things to do here include a Jeep tour and wine tasting, Sedona, Jerome, and Out of Africa Wildlife Park, which also has a tour and zip lining. There is also Montezuma's Castle, Kayak Adventure, and more. Upcoming is our annual Business Meeting and Pizza Party, so save the date of Oct. 13. Our Christmas Party is planned for Dec. 8. Looking towards 2025 … Our Home Town Rally is planned for late January or early February. Yuma is over Saint Patrick's Day, some stay the week, other's stay a month, others stay different times in between. We have our first sanctioned rally to Wine Country RV Resort in Paso Robles May 4-9, 2025. Dan and Lupe Cardella are the trail bosses. Our fall rally is planned for Jackson Rancheria RV Park in Jackson, Ca. The dates are Sept. 28 to Oct. 3, with Leon and Harriet Fikse as Trail Bosses.
