64 | SUN LAKES LIFESTYLES | AUGUST 2024 | Executive Men's Golf The Executive Men's Golf Club is open to all male Sun Lakes residents who are interested in golf, fun, and camaraderie. All levels of players (beginners to experienced) are welcome. We play every Friday morning on the SCGA rated Executive Course. We meet and check in at the North Clubhouse Pro Shop at 8 am for an 8:30 am shotgun tee time. Closest to the pin and circle hole games are played weekly to offer a challenge. This month we will have our Annual Executive Men's Club Championship tournament on Wednesday and Friday, Aug. 21 and 23. Members qualify by posting eight rounds of Friday play between September and July. This year, as of the end of June, we have 86 members qualified. Our Quarterly and Award Luncheon will be held in September this year. Come join us! Dues are only $30 for the year. Do you love golf but don't hit the ball as far as you used to? Do you love golf but don't want to play with super competitive players? If you answered yes to any of these questions then the Lady Niners is the golf club for you. We play nine holes every Thursday morning on the Championship Course. We play from the gold tees so no need to be a big hitter. And more importantly, our members play for fun and the camaraderie of our fellow Niners. We take the game seriously but we don't take ourselves seriously.
