64 | SUN LAKES LIFESTYLES | SEPTEMBER 2024 | Executive Men's Golf The Executive Men's Golf Club partnered with the Ladies Executive Golf for their annual combined Four-Person Scramble in July. The theme was Hawaiian, and both the 36 men and 36 women dressed in their best Hawaiian attire. Following the tournament, the Executive Men's hosted the lunch and award ceremony in the North Clubhouse. EMGC Tournament Chairman Darrel Kuhse presented LEGS member Soni Jackson a $100 bill, donated by David and Sharon Kealy, for her hole-in-one on hole #11. Darrel also presented EMGC member Mike Rhine with a Founding Member Appreciation plaque for his over 20-year membership and contributions to the Club. September tournaments will be a Four- Man Scramble Pick your Team on Fri., Sept. 27. Following the tournament will be the Club's quarterly meeting and lunch. Awards for Club Champion and Eagle Champion will be announced and nominations for open Board positions will be taken. Come join us! Dues are only $30 for the year. Do you love golf but don't hit the ball as far as you used to? Do you love golf but don't want to play with super competitive players? If you answered yes to any of these questions then the Lady Niners is the golf club for you. We play 9 holes every Thursday morning on the Championship Course. We play from the gold tees so no need to be a big hitter. And more importantly our members play for fun and the camaraderie of our fellow Niners. We take the game seriously but we don't take ourselves seriously.
