26 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | SEPTEMBER 2024 |
Quilting is not only unique in every design, but is also as unique as
the Quilter. Pictured here are three very unique quilts as individual
as the quilter and their recipients. Sharon Lindstrom quilted this
'Dick and Jane' quilt (above, left) for her granddaughter Victoria,
and husband Nate in celebration of their first child, Niall Moring.
Residing in Battleground, Washington Niall will be Sharon's great
grandson and is due to be born Aug. 27.
Janet Swindell quilted this masterpiece of school jerseys (above,
center), complete with sleeves, for her grandson; and Pat Spurgeon
continues to amaze us with her creative and whimsical ideas.
Pictured above, right is a field of tulips.
Seasons Quilters meets EVERY Thursday, (except the fourth
Thursday) in the Arts & Crafts Room from 10 am to 4 pm breaking
