e Importance of Patience and Kindness: Supporting Lodge Staff During Busy Times… As another busy season unfolds at our Lodge, it's crucial to remember that our dedicated staff are working tirelessly to accommodate the diverse needs of all our guests. In the midst of a bustling environment, patience and kindness from everyone can make a significant difference. Our team is committed to ensuring each resident, club or committee has the support they need from the front desk, but this can be challenging when the Lodge is at full capacity. To help us serve you better and maintain a harmonious atmosphere, please keep the following guidelines in mind: Respect Room Set-Ups and Expectations: The setup of your room is managed to meet your needs. Please be understanding if there are any delays or adjustments needed; these are often due to the high volume of requests. Adhere to Scheduled Times: Arriving too early or staying beyond your scheduled time can disrupt the coordination required for room preparation. To ensure a smooth experience for all residents, please adhere to your designated start and end times. Communicate with Courtesy: Our staff is here to assist you, and a little kindness goes a long way. By approaching them with respect and patience, you contribute to a more positive environment and help us provide the best service possible. By following these guidelines, you support not only our staff but also fellow residents, creating a more enjoyable and organized experience for everyone. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during these busy times and thank you for helping us make your Lodge use as pleasant as possible. 4 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | SEPTEMBER 2024 | From Your Activities Director By Tracie Rodgers Big Revenge Oct. 15, 6 to 8 pm.
