Election Timeline Overview: July 30, 2024 - Notice of Nominating Procedure A General Notice has been posted on the bulletin board in the Mountain View Lodge, detailing the procedures for nominating candidates. Aug. 30, 2024 - Nomination Deadline All nominations for candidates must be submitted by this date. Ensure your nominations are received by the deadline to be considered for inclusion on the ballot. Sept. 6, 2024 - Candidate List Finalized and Notice of Meeting e list of finalized candidates will be published, along with a General Notice detailing the upcoming meeting and the candidate list. Oct. 7, 2024 - Voter List Finalized and Ballot Material Sent e final voter list will be confirmed, and ballot materials will be sent out. Additionally, a "Meet the Candidates" event will be held at 5 pm in the Ballroom, providing an opportunity for voters to engage with the candidates directly. Nov. 7, 2024 - Voting Deadline and Election Date All votes must be cast by this date. Ensure your vote is submitted by the deadline to participate in the election. Nov. 22, 2024 - Notice of Election Results A General Notice will be issued, announcing the results of the election. September also marks an important deadline for those interested in volunteering for committees. All committees are actively seeking volunteers. If you are interested in contributing your time and skills, please pick up a Volunteer Interest Form from the rack located in the Lodge or access one on the Solera Diamond Valley website at www.soleradiamondvalley.com.
