DRC Guidelines 6.2. For instance, in the
front yard beyond the ten-foot setback, the
maximum height for plantings is six feet up
to the beginning of the garage. Hedges along
property lines should not exceed eight feet in
height, and plantings along residence walls
should not exceed the height of the fascia.

trim them when the weather cools down.

views for pedestrians and drivers if planted
near the curb or street. Additionally,
overgrown trees near your home can
