Last month, the Bon Appetit Club held a Hawaiian Luau.
Thomas Catering provided a delicious meal and desserts,
while Janet Carpenter and Bianca Ralston provided
pitchers of Blue Hawaiian and Virgin Mai Tai beverages.
The Hula Dance Contest included our talented members and
guests: Judy Ferguson, Tina Shrader, Rosie Brooks, Sue Miller,
Mary Farlander, Sally Rodriguez, Janet Brouwer and Teresa Lantz.
A big thank you to our panel of Hula Dance Contest Judges: Ann
Hasbargen, Lois Ingham and Shirley Slick.
We also played hot potato to give away the pineapples from each
table centerpiece. And our "Tiki Bar" photo booth
was very popular. Thank you to our creative member
Debbie Connor for making the photo booth.
As always, we couldn't put on these events without the
help and support of our amazing club members. Thank you for
your enthusiasm! We are glad you are here and hope you have a
wonderful time at our events.
Our next event on Fri., Oct. 4 at 1 pm in the Oakmont Room is an
Air Fryer Demonstration by Lane Joel. Please RSVP via email to
