Checks only at $20 pp. Del Lago is becoming a quartet for our show to celebrate the holiday season with classic tunes and more (violin, cello, ute, and clarinet). Join us with this talented classical quartet for an enchanting evening lled with timeless winter holiday melodies and unforgettable performances that is sure to bring joy and cheer to your holiday season. Do not miss this opportunity to immerse yourself in the magic of the season. e Del Lago musicians have performed with the Honolulu Symphony, American Ballet eater, Pageant of the Masters Orchestra, Detroit Symphony Orchestra, San Francisco Opera Center, and Santa Barbara Chamber Orchestra. ey have worked with a wide spectrum of artists, including Kiss, Maroon 5, Justin Timberlake, Harry Connick, Jr., Dionne Warwick, Henry Mancini, Yanni and Stevie Wonder, as well as several TV shows including e Grammy's, e Oscars, American Music Awards, e Voice, Dancing with the Stars, e Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Ellen Degeneres and American Idol. Del Largo has won 1st place for "Best of the Orange County Music Hotlist" in the 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2017, a contest no longer held aer 2017. Doors open 4:30 pm. You bet! Get started today. Physical activity doesn't need to be complicated. Something as simple as a daily brisk walk can help you live a healthier life. For example, regular brisk walking can help you: • Maintain a healthy weight • Prevent or manage various conditions, including heart disease, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes • Strengthen your bones • Li your mood • Improve your balance and coordination e faster, farther and more frequently you walk, the greater the benets. Walking is what we do. e class consists of nine dierent Leslie Sansone "Walk Fit" DVDs. e easy-to-follow routines are set to music with varying tempos. e complete class is four miles, but you can come late or leave early to shorten your routine and work at your own level. A few of the DVDs incorporate resistance bands (always optional). Some class members add light hand weights for added strength training. Stop by and give us a try. New members are always welcome! Walk Fit WIT (Women In Touch) e WIT ladies share a common bond – the loss of the love of their life. Our dinner meeting provides a special social interaction and helps to rekindle old and new friendships. e WIT Team gathers once a month in the Bistro for dinner. Our dinner orders are "called in" to the Bistro between 2 to 4 pm. When we gather at 5 pm, our orders are already being prepared and are ready to deliver to each attendee. We are a support group.
