We will see you on Sat., Oct. 26 in the Ballroom. Other costume awards will be given for the scariest, most creative, and the best couple. DJ and live music will be provided by local artists, Russ Brown and Jim Robo. And, Chef Francisco will prepare a buet of Spaghetti and Eyeballs, Finger Bones in White Slime (aka penne Alfredo), Swamp Greens (salad), and Vampire Repellant (garlic bread), and of course the decadent dessert bar. Doors open at 5 pm and dinner buet at 6 pm. is is a 21+ event that costs $30 per person. Ticket sales commence on Wed., Sept. 18, at 8 am. Tickets are limited to 200 seats. is will be a fun event so gather other Beetlejuice scares to haunt your table. Holiday Charity Luncheon: e biennial Holiday Charity Luncheon will be held on urs., Dec. 12. We need hosts and hostesses to make a centerpiece and decorate your table. If you sign up to do this, you will have the rst opportunity to pick your table and to reserve seats at that table! Please sign up by calling Chris Sullivan at (951) 651-8470 by Sun., Oct. 27. Tickets will go on sale Wed., Nov. 6. Avast Ye, mateys! Ye 'ave bin waitin' ol year for this 'ear happening, a Pirate Ball for y'al buccaneers and wenches. e Social Committee cordially invites you to the New Year's Eve Party that will rival Jack Sparrow's gatherings on his island of Tortuga. A swashbuckling troupe of pirates and maidens will provide pre-dinner entertainment. e versatile and Four Seasons choice, Lifetime Rocker Band will play through the night to the year-end hour. e cost is $95 per person and includes a choice of one entrée: prime rib, Champagne chicken, salmon, or a vegetarian dish, and the fabulous and abundant dessert bar. Doors open at 5:30 pm. Tickets will go on sale Wed., Nov. 13, at 8 am. Arrgh! Social Committee Member Feature: We are proud to introduce Debbie Maggy (at le), one of three new members to the Social Committee. Debbie has been a Four Seasons resident for ve years and has helped with various social committee events and regularly as a Bingo volunteer. An avid scuba diver, she spent the rst six months of her retirement in Belize viewing the beauty of the earth underwater. You may have seen her around the pool area participating in water aerobics or playing in the water with her four-year old granddaughter, Sophie. Debbie came to us from Fresno where she was employed by the Fresno Police Department as a non-sworn law enforcement working in a number of administrative positions including working with volunteer units. A worker bee, we all intend to learn from Debbie's experiences.
