At this time, I look at doing this quarterly. is is the fall "What's Up! Garage Sale on Oct. 19: More details will be coming out later. Rules and Regulations: Garage Sales do not need to be preapproved by the HOA, but a permit from the City of Hemet is required. A copy of the permit must be provided to Management prior to the date of the sale. One sign, not to exceed 18" x 30," is allowed in the front yard during the sale. Board of Directors Campaign Elections Rule (3.4 Campaign Material): One political sign, not to exceed nine square feet, may be displayed 30 days prior to the election and must be removed within seven days following the election. (CA Civil Code ยง4710) Candidate yers are allowed inside the Lodge within 30 days of the election date, must not be greater than 8.5" x 11" in size, and must be displayed in a designated "display holder" provided by Management. All campaign materials and campaign expenses are the sole responsibility of said candidate and are not reimbursable by the Association. Rules and Regulations (6.3 Holiday Decorations): Appropriate decorations may be displayed outside a residence to commemorate recognized holidays. Decorations may be displayed for 14 days prior and seven days aer holidays. For the December holidays, decorations may be displayed beginning the weekend following anksgiving and removed by Jan. 10.
