ADVERTISING Contact Image Up at (909) 797-3647 or email imageup1@verizon.net Over the past years, all committees, clubs, and groups have worked closely with the management team to conduct their organizational audits. As stipulated by the Solera Diamond Valley Governing Documents, these audits are required annually. This process also helps in updating the Room Reservation book for 2025. Please submit all required paperwork for committees, clubs, and groups by Friday, Oct. 11. After this deadline, Management will arrange meetings with Committee Chairpersons and Treasurers, as well as Club Presidents and Treasurers. For any questions or further clarification, feel free to contact General Manager, Irma Rabago at irma.rabago@seabreezemgmt.com. Your cooperation is vital as we work together to maintain the smooth operation of our organizations. Additionally, the Annual Election is approaching, and your ballot will be sent to you soon. Before that, the Solera Diamond Valley Board of Directors and Management Team invite you to our "Meet the Candidates" event on Friday, Oct. 4 at 5 pm in the Ballroom, hosted by Seabreeze Management. This event is a great opportunity for you to meet the candidates, ask questions, and understand their motivations. To ensure fairness and inclusivity, community members will contribute questions. On the event day, question cards will be available for homeowners to fill out and submit. The management team will review these cards to avoid duplicates and will then present the questions to the candidates. Prepare your questions and join us for an engaging and informative evening! It's that time again, Age Verification forms will be sent out with your audit. Pursuant to state and federal law, every owner of, or person residing in, a home in Solera Diamond Valley (SDV) must complete an Age Verification Form to certify his/her eligibility to reside in the Association, which is an active adult community. This form is required to be completed by ALL residents on a biennial basis per Federal (HUD) and State of California regulations for age qualified communities, such as SDV. Without proper age verification, Solera Diamond Valley could lose its status as an Adult (55 and older) Community. We are delighted to announce the promotion of Tyler Barber from Property Services Manager to Assistant General Manager of our community. Tyler has consistently exemplified outstanding leadership, strategic vision, and a strong dedication to enhancing the living experience for Solera Diamond Valley residents. In his previous role, he effectively streamlined processes related to Home Improvement Applications, Code Compliance, and Vendor Relations. Tyler also introduced innovative service improvements and helped in cultivating a collaborative team environment. As Assistant General Manager, he will use this same dedication to oversee the planning and execution of events and activities for SDV and ensure the community's continued growth and success. We are confident that Tyler's expanded role will elevate our standards of excellence and reinforce our commitment to exceptional service. GM Report By Irma Rabago, General Manager Resident Round Table Resident Round Table, formerly Coee with the GM and Board will be Monday, Nov. 4 at 2 pm.
