DID YOU KNOW???
Did you know that you may request
to have a tree adjacent to your property
removed? Tree removal on common
area is guided by the four D's – diseased,
damaging, dying or dangerous. Here's a
very brief explanation of the four D's:
• A diseased tree will be determined by a professional as to
the extent of the problem and whether or not it can be cured.
• A damaging tree is one that is causing damage to
property.
• A dying tree will again be determined by a professional.
• A dangerous tree is one that could cause harm to people
or property.
If you believe there is a tree around your home that falls
into one of these four guidelines, you may reach out to
administration to have it evaluated.
Did you know that appropriate
holiday decorations may be
displayed outside a residence
to commemorate recognized
holidays for 30 days prior and 10 days
after the holiday? With this in mind, let the decorating
begin! October kicks off with Rosh Hashanah and
finishes with Halloween. Thanksgiving is just around
the corner with Hanukkah and Christmas not far behind.
Decorate to your heart's content so we may all enjoy the
warmth and merriment of this year's holiday season.
