Ladies Executive Golf
Our club wishes all our members and all Sun Lakers a Happy Thanksgiving! We
hope you have a wonderful day celebrating this special holiday with family and
friends.
October was a busy month for our club trying to balance the heat and play out
on the golf course. Our members participated in our Pink Ball Tournament in
rememberance of cancer survivors by wearing pink, as well as our Trick or Treat
tournament which gave us an opportunity to wear our Halloween attire. It's fun to
be able to break away from the traditional attire once in awhile and wear something
different and fun, especially when our ladies are so creative with their attire.
Congratulations to Valerie Villareal who won our putting contest, Candi
Christopher who won closest-to-the hole on hole #14, and Pam D'Arca who also won
closest-to-the-hole on hole #8. Great job ladies!
SAVE THE DATE for our holiday luncheon on Dec. 17 at 11:30 am at the South
Clubhouse. The price will be $25. Deadline to submit checks will be Dec. 3. A f lier
with all the information was distributed to the membership.
We invite you to come out and play a round of golf with our fun-loving ladies.
Contact Martie Steggell at (951) 769-3217 or Jane Roseblade at (714) 220-8807
(Membership Co-Chairs) and we'll be happy to take you out on the golf course. Any
new member joining LEGS now will pay a $25 yearly membership which is good for
the remainder of 2024 as well as 2025. If you don't play golf, but want to attend our
monthly business luncheon and social events, we offer an Associate Membership for
$10 per year. Membership applications are available at the North Clubhouse. For
our existing members, 2025 membership applications are available at the North
Clubhouse and your application must be submitted before Dec. 1 if you want your
name to appear in our 2025 membership handbook.
