Upcoming Events… Open To All!
We are once again offering a free Thanksgiving dinner to SCCA members via delivery rather than holding
an in-person event. Since it has worked so well over the last four years, we have again retained Gracie's
Lunchbox to provide the dinners. If you would you like a turkey dinner and dessert delivered to you by the
SCCA on Mon., Nov. 18, please call (951) 679-2311 (press zero) or email activities@suncitycivic.com to RSVP.
There will be NO COST, but only 250 meals are available, so please hurry! It is limited to four dinners
per household. However, there must be the same number of residents in the home on file. For
example, if you live alone and we only have you on record as residing in the home, then
you will only receive one dinner, not four. We offer these dinners to those in need and/
or shut-ins, so please consider these factors before ordering.
We also need volunteers to assist with dinner deliveries. Picking up the meals
and taking them to their happy recipients will take about an hour or two, with
"contactless" delivery on the morning of Nov. 18. If you are interested in
volunteering, call (951) 679-2311 (press zero) or email activities@suncitycivic.
com. Dinners will be delivered on Nov. 18 beginning at 10 am so please be home to
