42 | OHCC LIVING | NOVEMBER 2024 | We are thankful for our three Senior Fitness Yoga Instructors. Cheryl Todd teaches Chair Yoga Monday and Wednesday 11:15 am to12:15 pm in the Hall. Jennie MacGoy teaches Chair Yoga on Fridays, 11:15 am to 12:15 pm also in the Hall. Tatis Cervantes-Aiken teaches Chair to Mat Yoga on Tuesdays, 8 to 9 am in the Lamia Room. The first class is free for all classes to see if it fits your needs. Then it is $5 for any class attended. Annual dues are $5 per year beginning Jan. 1, 2025. The Chair to Mat Yoga class is free since it is led by a resident. All Instructors are certified Yoga Instructors. Senior Fitness Club Great Gatsby Cassino Night is a Roaring Success! Friends joined in great costumes to party, dance, gamble and nibble through the evening. DJ Robert set the pace, and the party goers spent the evening reveling in the fun. They capped the evening with the drawings for the 15 + gifts donated by businesses and friends of the Bocce Club. Watch this space for info on the 2025 Casino Night.
