10 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | NOVEMBER 2024 | Name: ____________________________________________________________________________________ Address:___________________________________________________________________________________ Phone: ____________________________________________________________________________________ FREE SUNDAY BRUNCH FOR TWO AT THE BISTRO Not valid on holidays or special events. Limit ONE ENTRY per residence per month As I was going through some Bistro photos, this photo (above) of Francisco, his wife, Margarita and their son Frank, always brings a smile. We were sampling a very small, yellow-fruited watermelon, that Francisco had purchased in Solvang for $20. It was tasty and sweet but at that price, don't be expecting it on our menu real soon! The photo also made me wonder if you might like to know a little more about the Aguirre family — so here we go! Francisco was born on a small ranch in Guanajuvato, he has four brothers and five sisters. Later on, his parents moved the family to Mexico City, where he lived until he left for Orange County, CA in 1979. He found employment in Newport Beach at Le Meridien, and then in Anaheim at The Airporter Inn and The Turnip Rose. He met Margarita while in school, they have been married for 40 years. You will see Margarita pitch in where and when needed. She can jump in and take on that kitchen grill as if she was cooking at home. They have three wonderful sons. Frank works beside his father at the Bistro as Francisco teaches his cooking skills. Father and son also share July 16 birthdays! Francisco's words to you all, "I've been here at Four Seasons almost 20 years. I have met many of you wonderful residents and you make it a great pleasure to work here. Thank you all so much for your continued patronage!" New residents of only one month, Suzzane and Joe Kozma, were encouraged to sign up for the Free Brunch for Two drawing and talk about lucky. First try and they are the winners of the September drawing. Let's call it beginners luck and they owe it all to Linda Elliot who manage to pull their ticket! ~ at's me, Patt, double "T" Bistro Committee
