20 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | NOVEMBER 2024 | Happy Campers RV Club October came in with a bang! So much hot weather, winds, and fire. Here is hoping November brings cooler temperatures. About 20 couples took part in the Princess Cruise on the East Coast. Round trip out of New York with Ports of Call in Newport, Boston, Portland, Saint John (Canada) and Halifax. Can't wait to post their stories and October was also a great month for catching the change of color. You don't need to go all the way to the East Coast to see the leaves change. Northern California and the Sierras bring out the beautiful golds and reds of Autumn also. This month we head to the desert for a fun week at the Coachella Lakes RV Resort. This is a beautiful new resort in the Coachella Valley. Plans are already in the works for a Staycation in March at the Golden Village Palms. There is still time to bring your ideas for 2025! Join us the first Saturday of every month at The Lodge. We meet at 10 am in the Multipurpose Room. Here's to cooler weather, campfires, and great adventures! Stay safe and as always Happy Camping. Little Virginia Lake and Lake Tahoe. Pictures by Deb and Dan Horrocks Four Seasons Piano Club Don't miss it! The Four Seasons Piano Club Concert is coming up in just a few days on Sat., Nov. 9 at 6 pm in our beautiful Ballroom. All seats are reserved and tickets are just $10. The evening will be hosted by Hal Townend and feature pianists Alonzo (lonnie) Cooks, Sharalee Boyer, David Minasian, Dave Tuvim, and (welcome back) Rick Brairton. We have prepared another fabulous evening of music we all love. Our sound, lighting, and visual effects crew: Ross Brunetto, Bob and Fran Walker, and David Minasian will help bring it all together. We have worked very hard to bring you another fun and exciting show with a variety of styles from Broadway to Jazz and all your favorites in between. We hope you join us for another Grand Evening of Piano Music. Special thanks go to Tracie Rodgers, the FirstService Residential staff, and our great sponsors Stella Torres and Charles Farr for making our concerts possible. We hope to see you there!
