CAREGIVERS SUPPORT GROUP ursday, Dec. 12, 10 am in the
Lounge. Presented by Kristi Necochea, this group educates and supports those
who are caring for a loved one with any ailment. We meet the second Thursday
of each month.
HEARING AID CHECK ursday, Dec. 19, 9 to 10:30 am. This free
service is provided by Johnson & Johnson every third Thursday of the month in
the Clubhouse Card Room.
RESTORATIVE YOGA WITH MELISSA - MIND & BODY Tuesdays,
8:30 am in the Annex.
The cost is $15 per class and drop-ins and beginners
are welcome.
DOCUMENT SHREDDING Fri., Jan. 31, 9 am
to 12 noon

concerned about identity theft? You should be! Here's
your chance to shred and get rid of all those personal
documents you no longer need. An industrial-size
shredder will be available at the Clubhouse parking lot,
and it certainly is the easiest way to get rid of all that
paper. There is no need to remove staples, but please
do remove any large binder clips and all paper clips.
