FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | DECEMBER 2024 29 Social Committee We have a new member of the Social Committee — Nancy Ginnetti. Nancy has worked and lived in many different places. She was with Kaiser Permanente from 1982-1997. She started with Kaiser in Portland, Oregon, in the Accounts Receivable Department and ended her career working for Kaiser in Southern California in Customer Service. Due to her husband's job, they then moved to Raleigh, North Carolina, from there to Atlanta, Georgia, and ending up in Oakland, California. After his retirement, they moved to Medford, Oregon then to Wrightwood, California. Their journey ended in Four Seasons Beaumont in 2005. Nancy has three children, five grandchildren and eight great- grandchildren. Luckily, they all live close by so she can be in her children's lives and be around to see her great grandchildren grow up. She recently married one of our own, Barry Ginnetti, from here in Four Seasons Beaumont. They have been traveling and enjoying their new lives together. They just bought a condominium in Kona, Hawaii, and plan to spend a lot of time relaxing and enjoying the laid-back Hawaiian life. Nancy stays very active playing pickleball every morning and they walk their two dogs, Bootsie and Snowball three times a day as well as going to the gym. In the past, she was on the Decorating Committee for the Wine Club and is currently on the Steering Committee for our Pickleball Club. She joined the Social Committee earlier this year and is looking forward to being a part of this group of talented individuals. Nancy is one of the Co-Chairs for the upcoming New Year's Eve Party along with Elaine Recchion and me. Did you miss "Better In Boots?" If so, you missed a fabulous show! At right are a couple of pictures from that event. Both performers currently are performing in Las Vegas. Fantastic job to Andrea Griffin and Cheryl Calderon for the theme and decorating ideas. Loved the mini table lanterns! Next up … "BLACK AND BLING!" We will have five raff le prizes including the "Golden Ticket" which entitles the winner to be first to choose your seats at any future Social Committee events (two seats only). So please remember to bring cash for these exciting raff le prizes. These prizes are going to be the best of the year. ~ Lisa Johnson, lisajohnson710@gmail.com Instead of the scheduled inspection walk on Oct. 2, the committee was very glad to have Len Tavernetti make a presentation on the history of the Conservancy. Len explained the details of the various entities involved in development of the Conservancy and issues that have not been fully resolved. Thank you, Len! The Conservancy areas provide Four Seasons Beaumont residents with enjoyable walking paths that many other developments don't offer. However, with this added benefit comes the responsibilities for clean and well maintained trails. The Conservancy Committee takes inspection walks each month, weather permitting, to report conditions to the HOA Board that it feels need to be corrected by K. Hov. Our inspection walks result in a more pleasant environment for all residents. Our inspection walk of Trail F on Nov. 6 was canceled and rescheduled for Dec. 4. If you are interested in participating, we will start our walk on the northeast end of Green Creek Trail at the Trail B entrance at 8 am. We will have a short meeting after to document the results of our walk for reporting to the HOA Board. ~ Howard Ochi, hmochi47@hotmail.com Conservancy
