The holiday season is upon us. What better way to celebrate the holidays than with wine. No matter what type of special food you serve, there is a wine that will go with it. The Taste d'Vine Wine Club is proud to host the premier event of the season, our Holiday Party. This event is scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 19. Your Steering Committee has been working hard to make sure this event goes off without a hitch. There will be a champagne welcome, a fine dinner, and a great band to burn off some calories. This will be my last article for the Breeze as president. Thank you to the Steering Committee for all the hard work that was done over the last two years. Thanks to all the members for their support. I had a great time serving as president and look forward to seeing all of you at the meetings next year supporting our new president, Tom DePaola. ~ Gino Domico, gdomico@gmail.com Christmas Songs at a Hanukkah Party? at's right! Don't miss Four Seasons' Annual Hanukkah (and Christmas) Extravaganza! Did you know that some of the world's most beloved Christmas songs were written by Jewish composers? That's true! You will be surprised at all of the Christmas songs that were written by Jewish composers, and the background behind them. That's why this year's Hanukkah party will feature a Christmas and Hanukkah song sing along. You can call it a group karaoke! The words will be on the big screen so we can all join in. Your host Perry Goldstein will also be debuting new comedy holiday song parodies. You know when Perry is on the mic, there are plenty of laughs. Join us on Dec. 22 at 5 pm in The Lodge Ballroom when we will be celebrating the holiday season. We will also have a free dessert reception. Let's all get together this year and celebrate each other's holidays, as a community. After all, we are better together. Tickets are free, and available at The Lodge front desk, starting Dec. 10. Last year's Hanukkah was a sell out, so reserve your place early. ~ Perry Goldstein, perry.goldstein@gmail.com 40 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | DECEMBER 2024 Our November Cars & Coffee gathering was greeted with some cold temperatures. About 15 brave souls showed up with their beautiful rides and enjoyed some hot coffee and donuts. I will have more detailed information about the Veterans Car Show next month. The City of Beaumont Veterans Day parade was Nov. 11. We had 10 cars from our club participating. Our next meeting will be Saturday, Dec. 7 at 9 am in The Lodge parking lot. Please join us for some hot coffee and donuts and some great conversation with some other car enthusiasts.
