The Beaumont Pointe Warehouse Project is moving along through
the necessary City and County authorities for approval on the sewer
system and necessary annexation into the City of Beaumont.
More information will be provided on the progress of the
Beaumont Pointe Warehouse Project as it becomes available. It is
not expected that a lot of activity will occur because of the holiday
season for the next seven weeks or so.
The Banning Warehouse Project has not had any additional news
filed since the Banning City Council ruled in favor of the Pass Action
Group three to two denying the warehouse project.
The developers have not filed against the city and have until Jan.
6, 2025 to file for a Writ of Mandate.
There is no additional information on the Sunset Warehouse
Project which is said to be a total of over five million feet. There is no
active group organizing against the Crossroad Warehouse Project
at this time. As more information is available, we will provide the
material in a future Breeze article.
