Caregiver Support Group
Happy holidays! Whatever holiday you celebrate (Christmas,
Hanukkah, or Kwanza) I wish each of you a happy and joyful holiday
season with family and good friends.
Our next meeting and support group will be on Thurs., Dec 19
at 10 am in the Main Clubhouse Multipurpose Room. There is no
guest speaker this month.
e education portion of our meeting will be a discussion of
the legal and nancial decisions that should be considered by
all caregivers. We'll talk about powers of attorney, living trusts,
advance directives, living wills and potential resources for
assistance.
Don't forget about the program we have in the Arts & Craft Room
while you are at the meeting. We care for and entertain your loved
one. We play games, do exercises, and have live entertainment.
We do just about anything and everything to keep your loved one
happy while you can relax and learn at the meeting. Thank you to
the Kahula Lei Lani dancers who entertained us last month. They
have been so generous with their time and talent to entertain us
a few times this year. We hope to see them many more times in
2025. This month we are celebrating the holiday season with Tin
Man's Heart entertaining us. We can always depend on them for
our holiday party!
