We hope that you had a great holiday season and you are looking
forward to another new year. In previous articles, we listed the
many projects that were recommended to be repaired or purchased
to our Board for consideration; we are proud of the work by so
many who helped to make those changes. We are looking at more
projects and will research them so recommendations can be made
to the Board. Teams of two Committee members are given a
certain month to inspect facilities and report back. ey are given
a specic list of items to look at. Once items have been identied it
is reported to the committee where they look to nding a solution.
Sometimes it's a simple repair — a Work Order is generated and
maintenance will take care of it — and sometimes we need to
replace or update to something newer. It is always decided with
how much is it going to cost and nding the best way to get the
job done.
We are always open for suggestions from our residents and you
can do it very easily by lling out a Facilities Committee Form
at the front desk or the form is available on the Four Seasons
homeowner's portal in the document section. Be patient,
sometimes it takes time to get through the proper channels and
trying to nd the best solution can take several meetings before we
have decided what to do. We also thank the many residents who
have had suggestions and proposed some very good ideas. No idea
