Happy New Year everyone! I hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday.
As with every new year, we need to look at our calendars. Card Art 101
classes will again be on the third Friday of the month. Because of the
Pancake Breakfast, our January class will be on the 31st. Start time will
still be 1 pm. Cost is still $10 to cover materials. I asked for Spring Fling to
be in May and the Holiday Card Art class to again be in November. Spring
Fling and Holiday Card Art are my Saturday all day classes and I requested
1st and 2nd choices. The cards shown here were from my Holiday Card Art
2024.
You've been asking for more classes from me so I asked for additional
days. As of now, it hasn't been approved. Keep your fingers crossed.
As always, I design the cards, do all the stamping and cut out all the
pieces. Your kit will include pop dots, glue dots, gems, glitter, ribbon,
buttons and anything else I can put in your envelopes. Come with your
friends and assemble your kit with my verbal step-by-step instructions. It's
always a fun class. If you can't come to a class, you can always purchase
a kit with written instructions and pictures. Never made a card before?
That's okay as everyone in the class can help you out. Don't know what to
bring? Scissors and a fast drying glue is all you need to get started; after
that, you can add some bling to make your card your own work of art. I
have supplies on hand for you to purchase if needed.
As in the past, I send out an email about a week before the class to get
your RSVP so I have enough time to assemble your kits. If you would like to
