FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | JANUARY 2025 7 January has one big activity in my planning book and that is the Ballroom renovation! With the Ballroom being closed, it has definitely put a crimp in my event load; so look out, we'll have to smash in even more fun to the rest of the year. Buckle-up boys and girls, 2025 is going to be an amazing year! Be sure to read Regina's article (pages 8 and 9) about the 20th Anniversary and t-shirt sales. Yes, you heard correctly, 2025 is the Four Seasons Community 20th Anniversary and to celebrate this great community, we'll be holding a special celebratory event nearly every month where you are encouraged to wear your t-shirts. They're only $15 each, so I'll be purchasing one in both black and white. Check out all of the events in Regina's article that you'll be able to wear your shirt to. The big reminder I have for you crafters and artisans is that we are having the Spring Craft Boutique Mandatory Lottery and Orientation on Wednesday, Jan. 15 at 6 pm … most likely in the RCN. We'll let you know exactly where, on the day of the lottery (the RCN is also under renovation, so we want to be sure it's available before we say where). If you're new to the neighborhood, the Mandatory Craft Boutique Lottery is an evening where residents interested in selling their handiwork, pull a number to determine order of picking a preferred table for the Spring Craft Boutique to be held on Saturday, March 22 from 9 am to 2 pm. We will also do an orientation so that you are acquainted with the rules and expectations of the event. If you are unable to be at the meeting personally, you are welcome to have a neighbor or friend come and pull a table number in your stead. Based on the Fall Craft Fair's turnout, if you are unable to come or send a friend, you will most likely end up on a waiting list. The interest for being a resident vendor is certainly growing! Which also reminds me to say that in our last Craft Fair, we did not have any guest vendors because the residents get first dibs and there were no tables at the end of the lottery. You are welcome to put a sponsored guest on that waiting list if you like. Happy New Year to you all, this is going to be one great year! ~ Cindy Graves Activities Director's Report
