FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | JANUARY 2025 27
Architectural Review
Committee
Well, here it is 2025. For some of us it is just another year.
For some of us it is the beginning of new projects. To help
you sort out those new projects, below is a list of some of the
projects that require ARC approval and some that do not.
(This list is not all inclusive. If you have questions, contact
any member of the Architectural Committee.)
As specified in the Architectural Guidelines and Standards,
any change to the exterior of the house and yard requires prior
approval. No work may commence before approval is granted.
ARC meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month at
8:30 am in the RCN Board Room. If you have any questions or
want to discuss a possible change, please contact me. ~ Steve

Facilities Committee
Happy New Year from the Facilities Committee! As we wave a fond
goodbye to 2024, we are so proud of the many improvements to The
Lodge as we bring in 2025.
The pool and spa at The Lodge have been re-plastered and are
beautiful. The Loggia and pool deck will be completed in early
January. Painting and carpeting began in the RCN business offices;
the Game Room and Library will also be painted. The Lodge will
receive new paint and carpeting in early January. Final additions to
the Ballroom will be the installation of sound-absorbing draperies,
pictures, and an update to our existing chandeliers. The Ballroom
will be ready for the celebration of our 20-year anniversary at Four
Seasons Beaumont. We have been busy!
Beginning in January 2025, the Facilities Committee will spend
time at The Summit studying several projects and prioritizing
accordingly. We will resume our quarterly walkabouts as the
weather permits in early spring.
Facilities has an opening for a secretary; if you are interested,
please contact me at the email address below.
We meet on the second Wednesday of every month at 9 am. Our
next meeting is on Jan. 8 in the RCN Conference Room. Have a joyous
and safe New Year! ~ Regina Farmer, Ginajo25@aol.com
