As we step into 2025, we want to take a moment to reect on the past year and
express our heartfelt gratitude for the continued support and active involvement
of all our residents. Your engagement has made a signicant impact on our
community, and we are truly appreciative of each and every one of you. As we
embark on this new year, we wish you and your loved ones a year lled with joy,
prosperity, and good health. We look forward to continuing to build a vibrant,
caring community together.
I would also like to take this opportunity to formally introduce our new
Facility Monitors. We are excited to welcome these talented individuals to our
team:
Cesar Avila joins us from the hospitality industry, having previously worked
at Wilson Creek Winery. At Wilson Creek, Cesar was responsible for tasks
similar to those here at Solera Diamond Valley, including room setup and
cleanup. His experience in delivering exceptional customer service will be
an asset to our community, and we are condent he will continue to provide
outstanding service here.
Angela McCarthy also comes to us from the hospitality sector. Prior to
joining us, she worked at Bella's Pizza Villa, a family-owned Italian restaurant
in Murrieta, CA. Angela's ability to connect with customers and provide
excellent service made her an integral part of the team at Bella's, and her
positive attitude and exceptional listening skills are sure to be a great addition
to our community.
Ivan Hernandez is another great asset to our team. Ivan has already
demonstrated excellent teamwork skills, which we believe stem from his years
of dedication to soccer. His ability to collaborate and his strong work ethic have
made him a natural t for our team, and we are excited to see him grow and
contribute to our community in the future.
e role of Facility Monitor is an essential one, and we are grateful for the
commitment and dedication of these individuals. If you haven't yet had the
opportunity to meet them, please take a moment to stop by and say hello. We
are condent that they will contribute greatly to the continued success of our
community.
