By now, you may have noticed that the common areas look fresher. is comes at the
wonderful hiring of three new Facility Monitors. Management is no longer stretching
resources to continue the operation of the Mountain View Lodge and the maintenance of
the common areas. In hopes of continuous freshness, I have modied how the Monitors
will carry out their daily/weekly duties. e Monitors will be washing both the tennis and
pickleball courts every other Wednesday, the pool decks every other ursday, and the
front entrance every Sunday. ank you all for your patience.
You may also notice how Movie Night has been modied to show a movie on only one
day. is comes for a chance of seeing newer movies and anticipation for more resident
attention. Showing the newer movies will give you all a chance to save some money for
more trending movie hits. Check out this month's movie Twister (2024) on Jan. 11 at 6 pm.
Looking forward to the rest of this new year!
