Folks are on the courts most mornings, 9 am in colder weather and 8 am when it's going to get warm! Tennis Club e Bocce Club sign up date for the 2025 season will be on Sun., Feb. 2, at 2pm in the aernoon in our Ballroom. All games will be played on Sunday's starting at 2 pm beginning in March, and extra fun stu like a welcome back BBQ and our Pot Luck Award Dinner will also be on Sunday. A full hour of aerobic walking burns about 350 calories, is heart healthy and builds strength and stability. (ree times a week is 1,050 calories.) e class consists of nine dierent Leslie Sansone "Walk Fit" DVDs. e easy-to-follow routines are set to music with varying tempos. e complete class is four miles, but you can come late or leave early to shorten your routine and work at your own level. A few of the DVDs incorporate resistance bands (always optional). Some class members add light hand weights for added strength training. Stop by and give us a try. Walk Fit Billiards Club If you like the game of pool and would like to meet and play like-minded players, please join us in the Billiards Room on Tuesdays from 9 am to 12 noon. e club participates with the Hemet Valley Pool Club; we host and travel to other 55+ communities and have tournaments with other teams. e game of choice is 1-15, it is a form of 8 Ball and it is a lot of fun. We are also interested in enlisting a few more players for our club. "YouTube: Pickleball" is a great resource for pickleball fundamentals. Saturday mornings are a good time to watch the game being played. Playtime begins at 7:30 am. Stay safe on the court and come prepared. Pickleball Attire: • Court shoes (no street shoes allowed) • Proper dress attire - comfortable gym clothes • Eye protection • Pickleball paddle (we provide the balls) • Bring water!
