General Manager's Message

As my rst message to the community, I would like to say
thank you to all the community residents and volunteer members
and sta for the warm welcome and also your patience with me
as I get accustomed to things at Four Seasons at Hemet. I am
excited to have the opportunity to take up the mantle le by a
great person and Manager, Rick Ruth. I want to take some time
to introduce myself to the community as well. I have been in
HOA property management for eight years and am currently a
CMCA certied manager. I am married with two daughters (go
girl dads!), a 17-year old and a four-year old, as well as a Miniature
Maltese-Poodle, who is seven-years old.
Following Rick's mention, I'd like to remind the community of
the upcoming annual meeting and scal year-end nancial audit
report scheduled in April. Please be mindful that there are three
seats up for election this year, so if you are interested in running
for the Board make sure to put in your candidacy. We are going
to be sending the Notice of Election for the Annual Meeting in
March. Please make sure to vote and submit your ballot so that
we can meet the quorum requirement for the election.
We hope that all of you have had a great holiday season and
look forward to see what the rest of 2025 brings and we wish
everyone a happy Valentine's Day!
