It was great to see so many people enjoying themselves. Thanks to Chef Joshua Steeves and Sous Chef Carlos Peraza for a night of wonderful food and drink. Also, a BIG thank you to the Recreation Advisory Committee and Recreation staff and Food & Beverage for all their assistance in transforming the Ballroom into an extravaganza. Now that we enter the new year, on Tues., March 4 at 10 am in the Main Clubhouse Ballroom, I am asking that each Group/Club Chairperson or the designated Alternate person to please attend our Annual Room Reservation Meeting. This will be where we will discuss the process for room reservation for 2026. We will also pass out the forms for the annual Group/Club verification process. I look forward to seeing representatives from each Group/Club and working together toward ensuring everyone has what they need to successfully continue with their Group/Club into 2026 and beyond. In the Lounge, if you are sitting at a table, you must be ordering food or drink. For your safety and for the safety of others around you, when possible, please ask a staff member to assist in moving tables or bringing out more chairs. Plasticware will be served on the Veranda during large events including Friday and Saturday night entertainment. Following the community rules is essential to ensure all residents have a pleasant experience here at Sun Lakes.
