Bring two of your own clear glasses, one for reds and one for whites, so you can easily evaluate the various characteristics of each wine. This event will focus on blind tasting but we will also enjoy a charcuterie board at each table. To cleanse the palate, a bottle of water per person is included. Each attendee will also be given one raff le ticket at check-in for a chance to win more wine! We will be tasting six different American wines (three reds and three whites) and will rate each one on appearance, bouquet, body, finish, and overall impression using the American Wine Society Evaluation Chart. Score sheets will be provided at each seat and profiles of the various wines will be included on the back. This is not a test. This is for FUN! After we've tasted the wines, each one will be revealed so that we can identify our favorites. Feel free to bring your own additional wine if you'd like to socialize after the event.
