Sun Lakes residents will have a variety of homemade crafts and goodies for sale. Crafts include jewelry, woodworking, paintings, clothes, knitted items, and more. Join us in the Main Clubhouse Ballroom for this spectacular yearly event which is sure to blow you away with all the talent that the residents of Sun Lakes possess. MARCH 21 & 22 • MAIN CLUBHOUSE BALLROOM Back to Sun Lakes by popular demand, Switchback is the award-winning duo of Brian FitzGerald and Martin McCormack. Switchback draws on traditional Celtic music and original Americana songs that reflect their Irish heritage and Midwestern roots. Playing an exciting mix of mandolin, guitar, and bass, their harmonies have won them comparisons to famous duos, such as the Louvin Brothers, Everly Brothers, & Simon and Garfunkel. Switchback Concert Fri., April 4, doors open at 6 pm, show starts at 7 pm, Main Clubhouse Ballroom Lifestream Blood Drive Fri., April 4, 7 - 11 am, Main Clubhouse Multipurpose Room To support Lifestream Blood Bank, we will be hosting another much-needed blood drive. The blood donated goes to local hospitals in our area such as Beaver Medical, San Gorgonio, and Loma Linda. Our goal is to have 30 people to donate. Time slots are limited and walk-ins will be accepted based on availability. Health Fair Fri., April 25, 10 am - 1 pm, Main Clubhouse Ballroom The Recreation Department along with the Visiting Nurses Association of the Inland Counties and the San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital will be sponsoring this worthwhile event. Cholesterol screening, spinal wellness and balance, facial massage, bone density, blood pressures are just a few of the many preventive health issues and screenings that will be available on this day.
