58 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | MARCH 2025
So you think you're too old to play ping pong? Think again. Some
of our best players are octogenarians. Regardless of your age, 50 or
80 or in between, come play ping pong with us. Play for fun. Play
for longevity. Ping pong can increase your chances of staying active
as an octogenarian.
*A big thanks to Julia Dobos, who is not 80, for organizing this
picture.

Table Tennis
Professional tennis had
the Bryan brothers, but Four
Seasons Beaumont has the Lam
brothers. Meet Stan and Dennis Lam. Stan
an active tennis and paddle tennis player.
Oh, and guess what? Last year, he also
tried pickleball to compete in our Trifecta
Tournament. It was a lot of fun to compete
in our Trifecta Tournament. Dennis is an
active paddle tennis, pickleball and ping
pong player. Our second annual Trifecta
tournament will be held April 4 and 5.
March on over to the paddle tennis courts
for some active fun. You can find someone
there to play with most days around 2
pm. If interested in competing in our
Trifecta tournament, please contact me at
ecgallegos@outlook.com. We look forward
to seeing you on the courts.
The paddle tennis group is deeply
saddened by the passing of our friend and
long-time paddle tennis player, Alfred, RIP.
Deepest condolences to his family. ~ Lizzie
