Have you seen the signs or heard from friends that they have had
a Meet Your Street get-together?
Let us assist you. Text Virginia Incorvia at 619-992-8979 for a
packet of goods and ideas to get you started. Meet Your Street is a
Colony Sunshine Program that allows neighbors to meet neighbors.
Eective May 1, 2025, the Association will no longer automatically provide assessment coupon booklets to homeowners
when it sends owners the new scal year budget. If you would like a coupon booklet, you will now have to request it from
the HOA Oce at a minimal fee. In addition, the HOA Oce will no longer accept assessment payments. Assessment
payments must be made by electronic payment or mailed to PCM/Associa as described below:

• Please write your account number on your check. If you do not know your account number, please contact the HOA
Oce for assistance at (951) 677-4341.
