the "Forms" tab. Fill it out and submit it to the SCCA office. Below
are the current locations and times of the meetings.

Our next meeting is Tues., March 25 at 6 pm, Webb Hall. Agenda

To make the Sun City Core Courier magazine great, we need
your help! We're looking for the following:
Cover photos - We need photos of vistas inside the community!
Seasonal photos are highly prized!
Club photos - We want to see your club doing the fun things your
club does! Find someone who has a newer cell phone and ask
them to take shots of your members having fun. We will print
up to three photos per group.
Travel photos - Please take a copy of the Core Courier magazine
and take a picture of you holding it while you're somewhere
amazing!

activities@suncitycivic.com.
Advertisers - This magazine is available only through the
support of advertisers. If you have someone (a plumber, real
estate agent, contractor, etc.) you think would be a good fit for
Sun City, please urge them to contact Courtney Taylor, Publisher,

Core Courier better!
For those who would like to have a payment plan for the
upcoming assessment billing, the Board of Directors has approved
the following for 2025:
• Payment plan arrangements will be accepted through April 30,
2025 for up to a period of six months.
• Any payment plans after April 30, 2025 will need to go before
the Board of Directors for review.
• No payment plans will go into 2026.
• Payment plans are limited to one per homeowner.
• There will be no waiver for late charges or interest if no
payment plan is in place unless the Board of Directors reviews
and approves it.
