Recent work from Gerry Easter is just around the corner, and we have been busily attacking several projects. In fact, we have decided to devote a couple Mondays to Easter and spring projects. Stay tuned for photos in next month's Lifestyles Magazine. Elaine Perkins is the creator and keeper of our group's official scrapbook, and she recently brought in her most recent book to share with all of us, as many had never seen one of her stunning books. She diligently takes photos of all our birthday luncheons and other events and reminds me to take photos of our monthly projects. All are included in our scrapbook. It will be a wonderful keepsake for future crafters in Sun Lakes; the work is much appreciated, and she does a beautiful job. It's also nice to look back to see former members who have moved away or have otherwise not been able to attend. We love having these pictures as memories of our former crafty girlfriends. We meet weekly on Mondays from 1 to 3 pm in the Main Clubhouse Multipurpose Room. On the second Monday of the month, the time changes to 11 am to 1 pm. This proves to be a very hard snippet to remember! Our April schedule is as follows; on April 7, 21, and 28 we will meet from 1 to 3 pm. April 14 will be from 11 am to 1 pm. The second Thursday, April 10, will be our birthday luncheon. This will be held in our Main Clubhouse Restaurant at 11:30 am. Paper Crafting 28 | SUN LAKES LIFESTYLES | APRIL 2025 | Fiber Artists Our club meets every Monday in the North Clubhouse at 12:30 pm except on the third Monday of the month when we meet at 11:30 am. On the second Monday we swap materials and share our stash. On the third Monday we share completed projects, and on the last Monday we share a potluck lunch. Mudslingers Mudslingers continue to play in the mud on Wednesdays from 3 to 6 pm and Fridays from 9 am to 12 pm in the Arts & Crafts Room. Come by and visit.
