30 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | APRIL 2025 Spring is in full bloom and lovely. The high pollen levels that drive us crazy affect our dogs too. Their symptoms vary just like humans, from watery eyes, runny nose, or itching with frequent scratching. Some even lose fur leaving bare spots on their bodies. If your dog is having any of these symptoms, make an appointment with your vet. There are medicines that can help relieve their symptoms. Hopefully you saw the money saving offer in the Daily Report last week for $10 vaccine vouchers for dogs of Four Seasons residents only offered by Haven Pet Center in San Jacinto. We had a limited number of vouchers available. Please contact a committee member to see if any vouchers are still available. We want to give you plenty of notice that we will be doing a Halloween Pet Costume Parade again this year. There will be gift cards to Pet Smart for the winners. So put your thinking caps on and come up with a unique costume that just may win. Watch for further information as the date approaches. New membership in the Canine Corral is now only $25 per dog for the first year and $10 a year for renewal each year. Please pick up and complete the application, available at The Lodge front desk. Once you are a member, the Corral is available daily for your use at your convenience. Set up play dates so your dog can run free and make new dog friends. It will make them so happy. Please consider joining our committee. We meet the first Thursday of the month for one hour only at 10 am in the RCN Conference Room. Our focus is having a place for our dogs to play and run safely. ~ Martha Franck, Co-Chair, 714-345-8588 Canine Corral Finance Committee The financial statements for January 2025 were reviewed and recommended for Board approval. In addition, we reviewed expenditure proposals for various recommended projects in the community. We also reviewed investment recommendations to move maturing investments to higher yield FDIC insure instruments. Highlights of the January financial statements are: Total Cash is $11,555,828 including operating cash of $1,785,526 (checking and CDs) and reserve assets of $9,753,109, and reconstruction assets of $17,193. Our total year-to-date current income is $24,526. Homeowners are welcome to join us at the Finance Committee's monthly meetings to become more familiar with our finances. Meetings are held on the last Tuesday of each month. Join us Tuesday, April 29 at 1 pm in the RCN Conference Room. We review and discuss many issues that you may have questions about. At the beginning of each meeting, we allow three minutes per homeowner, not to exceed 30 minutes in total for comments. If you have any questions or concerns, email joleneaudit@gmail.com. ~ Jolene Cooley
