April brings joy! It is time for
some spring cleaning and we have
just thing for you. The Annual Shred
Day is scheduled for Sat., April 26.
This will a drive-thru event at The Lodge from 8 to 11 am. Put your
papers in a box or bag, drive up, open the trunk and the volunteers
will handle the rest. Please STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE. When you
get out to help us, it actually slows down the process. If you really
want to help I am accepting volunteers that lift up to 40 pounds.
Once you have sorted the papers out you can start to prepare for
the Annual Community Yard Sale. It will be held on Sat., May 3. The
last few years it has been on Mother's Day weekend and that kept
many residents from participating. Please mark your calendars so
you don't miss it!
Music on the Plaza returns this month. Another fun line up of
music. I absolutely love these evenings on the Plaza with everyone.
Hopefully, you will take advantage of the Music on the Plaza (MOTP)
season bracelets that go on sale April 1.
Easter is Sun., April 20, the Easter Bunny will be here for the
brunch if you want to come over and take a picture with him. Join
us from 10 am to 12 pm; no cost just bring your cell phone.
In the City of Hemet April is the time we celebrate the Ramona
Outdoor Play. This marks the 102nd season. This year the play will
run April 26, 27 and May 3,4, 10 and 11. This is the longest running
outdoor play in North America; you can find out more information
