As always, the month of March
was a busy month for the HOA and
Clubhouse management team.
e LPR transition is under way
at both the front and back gates. We
expect the completion and going live
with the new system to be up and running by late March. We
have been delayed due to the heavy rain. We will notify you when
the system is in place. I think you will be very happy with this
upgrade and all that you will be able to do yourself by registering
guests online if you desire and many more enhancements.
We are preparing for the 2025 decal process to take place at the
end of March as soon as the soware transition for the LPR system
is complete as they coincide with each other. More to come as we
progress with the process.
e HOA oce is still oering one on one training for the
Keystone portal registration at the oce once a month. You can
call our oce to schedule training if you desire. I encourage you
to complete this training as you will have an easy way to access
documents, send work orders, manage you account…
e Master Board HOA 2025 election process will begin in
March. You will receive a call for candidacy in March for those of
you who would like to run for the board. ere are four seats open
each for a two year term.
