It is important to check yes, put ballots in an envelope, put them in the prepaid envelope, print and sign, and drop in the mail as soon as possible. e election date is April 15. We need at least 658 YES votes to pass these two Governing documents. If the documents are not approved in this election, it could result in an additional cost to the HOA of over $10,000 to be passed in court.
